Orders on nitous.com ship from our New Jersey warehouse. Flat $5.99 standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states, free on orders over $50, and a $19.99 flat rate to Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders go out in 1 to 2 business days. We'll email you tracking the moment your package leaves.

Write to us at nitous@nitous.com. If your package arrived damaged, send a photo of the outer box and the contents within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the affected items at no cost or refund them. For lost packages, we'll open an investigation with the carrier and either reship or refund.
