Shipping Policy

Every Nitini order is hand-packed at our New Jersey warehouse and sent from there directly to your door. Here is what to expect from the moment you check out.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand soon. In the meantime, Nitini is also available on Amazon.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses typically take 5 to 10 business days. These destinations are warmer or longer in transit and may be more heat-sensitive. We do not currently offer cold-pack shipping. Please consider ordering at your own risk during summer months (June 1 to September 15) for these regions.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email at checkout, and a separate email with tracking the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

Rates and transit times

48 contiguous states (Lower 48)

• Standard shipping: $5.99 flat. 2 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more, applied automatically at checkout (no code required).

Alaska & Hawaii

• Standard shipping: $19.99 flat. 5 to 8 business days. Free shipping does not apply.

Local pickup (Moorestown, NJ)

• Free pickup at our warehouse. Place your order online and we will email you when it is ready, usually within 24 hours. By appointment.

Local delivery (within 15 miles of Moorestown, NJ)

• Free local delivery for qualifying orders. We will reach out within one business day to schedule.

Transit times begin once the package leaves our warehouse, not from the moment you place your order. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control are not refundable, but we will always help you track and locate a delayed package.

Summer heat policy (June 1 to September 15)

Our sweets contain a delicate sugar shell that performs beautifully at room temperature but can soften, bloom, or develop a glossy sheen if exposed to extreme heat in transit. To minimize that risk during summer, orders placed Thursday through Sunday from June 1 to September 15 will ship the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to avoid weekend transit heat. We do not currently offer cold-pack or expedited summer shipping.

Cosmetic changes from heat (a softer texture, a slight color bloom, sweets clinging together) are not considered damage. The product remains safe and delicious, and a few minutes in a cool, dry place is usually enough to restore its character.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you do not see it within two business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing, write to us at nitous@nitous.com.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives crushed, opened, or with broken contents, please email us at nitous@nitous.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the outer box and a photo of the contents. We will replace the affected items at no cost or issue a full refund for them, whichever you prefer.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, please write to us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, either reship your order or issue a refund.

Incorrect address or refused delivery

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
